Our grading system provides a comprehensive and transparent evaluation of each school from a traditional or faith-based perspective. We focus on key aspects that matter most to families who prioritize academic quality, attendance, school values, and community culture. Schools are rated on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 indicating a highly LGBTQ-inclusive and progressive environment, and 10 reflecting a school that aligns closely with traditional values, strong academic performance, and a supportive, conservative atmosphere.

How We Determine Ratings:

• Policy Environment (1-10): This rating assesses the district’s identity policies, including gender pronouns, LGBTQ+ inclusivity, and how they might align with or conflict with traditional family values.
• School Practice (1-10): Evaluates the academic support and the quality of teaching practices, considering factors like proficiency in core subjects, school programs, and extracurricular activities.
• Classroom Exposure (1-10): Focuses on what students are exposed to in the classroom, including inclusive language and the presence (or lack) of LGBTQ+ education. This reflects how a school’s practices might align with the values of families seeking a traditional educational environment.
• Community Culture (1-10): Rates the overall school culture, parent involvement, and how well the school fosters a sense of community. It also looks at how well it supports traditional family values in everyday practices.
